Steps to Speak to Facebook Support

Now Facebook have made it hard to speak to support, but this how to access their customer service team.

1. Sign in with Facebook Business Manager Account

Once you’re inside of Business Manager, we’re going to navigate to bottom left of the screen. We’re searching for the help button, which looks like a question mark.

Hit the Help Button

2. Hit the "Help" button

Once you have hit this button, we want to find the “Contact Support Team” button.

3. Select “Contact Support Team”

Select “Contact Support Team” & this will open up a couple of dialogue boxes, where you can select your issue & identify your account.

They are a real person, so please treat these people with respect.

Facebook Ads Support Summary

Although Facebook make it really hard to get support for their advertising services, they still offer it. I really appreciate how amazing this support system is - because they must be inundated with support requests all the time.

If you prefer a video tutorial, I have filmed this as well to help you if you’re a visual learner.

Why do Facebook Make it Hard to Speak to Support?

Facebook like to make it hard to contact their help desk, because Facebook don't want to waste money on wages. They would much rather you read their support articles first.

Although I understand why Facebook does this, I do find it quite demoralising sometimes. I am a serious Facebook Ad spender, with lots of clients who spend a lot of money on Facebook.

I would love to see Facebook increase the amount of support they give to big advertisers.
