Exporting Facebook Ads Data to Excel

Hello guys, in this video I demonstrate how to export Facebook Ads data to excel or CSV. Now you might want to do this when creating a custom report, or you just want to download the data for offline use.

It's a super simple thing to do in Facebook Ads, but invaluable once you use it once.

Exporting Facebook Ads Data to Excel

Once you're in Facebook Ads Manager, you can hit the "Reports" then "Export Table Data". This exports all the data on-screen in Facebook Ads manager.

Choose your Format

You can choose to download your Facebook Ads data in a range of formats. In this demonstrate, we use CSV because it is a universal data file. But you can use XLS which is specific for Excel.
