The first thing you need to do, is make sure you have a LinkedIn profile & business page. Without these two things, you cannot post your job on LinkedIn.

Once you have both of these profiles setup, you're in the clear to post your LinkedIn job ad.

Steps for Posting a Job on LinkedIn

Posting a LinkedIn Job ad shouldn’t take too long, all up it takes anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes depending how proficient you are.

1. Select “Post a Job”

You navigate to this area by selecting the “Work” drop down & then selecting “Post a Job”.

2. Sign into LinkedIn Talent Solution

This is where the magic happens.

Talent Solution is LinkedIn’s hiring platform, it’s where you’ll create & manage your job ad.

Sign in with your LinkedIn personal account & start designing your ad.

3. Write & Design your LinkedIn Job Ad

Now you can start building your LinkedIn job.

Initially they ask you a few generic questions about the job, then you can start personalising the job ad.
